4. Image Storage & AI Training

Storage

Your images are stored in your personal workspace so you can access them later. Images are stored securely and are only accessible to you.

AI Training

Swisy does not use your images to train AI models.

However, please note that we use third-party AI services (Google, Topaz, Crystal) to process your images. These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices. We recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns about how your data may be used by these services.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active
Images in your workspace remain until you delete them or your account
Usage logs are retained for billing and support purposes
Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days
